A small farming village on the eastern shore of Lough Corrib, a quiet base a short run north of Galway city.
Corrandulla, Cor an Dola in Irish, is a small village in the civil parish of Annaghdown, about 15km north of Galway city on the eastern side of Lough Corrib. It is a settled rural community rather than a tourist stop, built around St Brendan's Catholic Church, dating from 1831, with the lake and its historic watermills close by.
A B&B here suits visitors who want the quiet of the Galway countryside with the city itself, Lough Corrib's fishing and boating, and the Wild Atlantic Way coast all within easy reach by car. The village's one big date is the Corrandulla Show, an agricultural show held every fourth Sunday in June since 1977 that now draws more than 10,000 visitors, one of the largest of its kind in Ireland.

Booking Corrib View direct, and what the rating means
A real, assessed b&b
Corrib View holds a 3-star b&b rating under Fáilte Ireland's National Quality Assurance Framework, assessed against the bedrooms, bathrooms, breakfast and welcome rather than self-declared. It's an independent signal you can trust before you book, separate from any platform's own review score.
No fees, no middleman
Ring the owner, or use the contact details on this page, and arrange the stay with the house rather than through an app. No booking fee added to your bill and no commission taken from the owner, so the room rate you agree is the room rate you pay.
A better stay, direct
Owners answer the questions a booking platform never will: whether the room at the front is quieter, how early breakfast can be served, or where to park for a few days. Speaking to the house directly is how B&Bs in Ireland were booked for decades.
